Presenter and reporter

At the moment you'll find me in front of a microphone or a camera at BBC News, based in the West Midlands.

I'm a presenter, reporter, newsreader and duty editor (depending on the day) at Newsbeat on Radio 1, 1 Xtra and Asian Network, with a focus on delivering the news for our target audience of 16 to 25 year olds.

I also pop up on Tech Now on the BBC News Channel, across the BBC News TikTok account, and on BBC Newsround. I've made the occasional appearance on the TV 10 O'Clock News too.

I'm a generalist, but have jumped in as a specialist across the BBC on gaming and esports.

In the past I've worked across the BBC's Digital Audio News team delivering smart speaker bulletins, and written bulletins for Radio 2, Radio 4 and 6 Music.

In 2022 I graduated from an MA in Television Journalism from City University.
